Ching Chuan Hospital is one of Kuang Tien General Hospital’ affiliated hospitals that allow us to reach out and care for people in Taichung City’s Taya area. The hospital was founded in 1999 and in 2001 and 2010, it was accredited as a Local Teaching Hospital. In 2003, it was accredited as a Hospital that can provide Emergency Critical Care. In 2006, it received the highest honors by Taiwan’s Joint Commission’s Local Teaching Hospital Accreditation.
Located in the Taichung Taya district, Ching Chuan Hospital has 237 beds and provides medical care to people in the Taya, Tanzi, Shengang and Beitun districts. The outpatient clinics include Internal Medicine, Surgery, Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, Rehabilitation, ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat ), Emergency Medicine, and Chinese Medicine. Besides community medical services, the hospital also emphasizes on prevention, critical care, rehabilitation and geriatric care.
