Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery is no longer restricted to the treatment of Sinusitis or Nasal Polyps. Kuang Tien has introduced the most advanced techniques and concepts. Not only are we among the first in Taiwan to implement image-guided systems into practice, our research has been published in one of America’s most prestigious medical journals: “Intravenous Esmolol Infusion Improves Surgical Fields during Endoscopic Sinus Surgery,” the American Journal of Rhinology & Allergy. So far, we have completed over 100 surgeries, the most cases of image-guided sinus surgeries in the country.
