Mr. Chen is a 70-year-old Taiwanese expat living in Singapore who had lost hearing in his right ear.  He had seen many doctors, and none of them provided clear suggestions or possible treatments.  Through the introduction of his friend, he found out about Kuang Tien’s ENT Chief Dr. Lai.  He contacted the International Health Service Center and the coordinators arranged an executive clinic for him. After the consultation, Dr. Lai suggested Mr. Chen to have surgery and he agreed. Two months after his surgery, he came back to Taiwan for a follow up check and his hearing in his right ear was successfully improved!
