Payment Information

• Registration fee: NT$1000
• Diagnosis fee: NT$800 for the first half an hour, $500 for every half an hour after 31 minutes
• All other fees including medication, tests, lab tests, and treatment fees are self pay and NOT covered by Taiwan National Health Insurance
• Payment Methods: Cash or Credit Card (We do not accept American Express)

         Our International Health Services Center offers English interpreter services
         for our customers. For interpreter services in other languages, please notify the
         coordinator when making your appointment.

Reminder

• Please remember to bring any related pevious medical records to your appointment
• If you need to change your appointment, please call us at least one day prior to your clinic day
• During the appointment if the doctor orders a test or exam that you find to be too costly and you prefer to use your National Health Insurance Card, we can assist you with making another regular appointment at another time to do those tests under the Taiwan Health Insurance system. That wait time for that appointment or exam will have to follow regular clinic regulations.
