Procedure Details |

If your doctor in the Emergency Room or Outpatient Clinic advises you to be admitted to the hospital, he/she will write an order for same-day hospital admission, or hospital admission on a later date. |

From Outpatient Clinic: Go to the Cashier on the 1st Floor to settle your account (Sha Lu Branch: Counters # 8, 11; Da Jia Branch: Counters #6~10).
From Emergency Room: Go to the Registration Counter inside the Emergency Room to settle your account.
The cashier will ask you for your Health Insurance Card; please tell her if you do not have one. You will be asked to pay a registration fee and a co-payment fee. There may also be other charges for your tests and medications. Once you have settled your account, you will receive a receipt. |

If you are to be admitted on a later date, you may go home and come back on the appointment date of your admission. Remember to bring your Inpatient Admission Appointment Card on your scheduled admission date. |

Go to the Inpatient Admission Counter (Sha Lu Branch: Counter # 17; Da Jia Branch: Counter #12) to complete your admissions process:
˙ Sign an Admission Consent Form
˙ Provide the following documents: Health Insurance Card, Personal Identification (Passport or ARC), and Personal Stamp (when available).
˙ Choose the type of room occupancy you prefer (1~4 persons rooms) |

In the case that your doctor has ordered further examinations, you will be taken to the appropriate examination room. |

A nurse will bring you to your hospital room. Please let your nurse know if you have any questions or if there is anything you need. You may also call our International Health Services Center at extension 2990, and our coordinator will be glad to assist you. | |
