Pharmacological Action ：
具有抗組織胺及抗膽鹼素作用之化合物，對於動搖病及某些其他情況下所發生之噁心，嘔吐及眩暈病狀皆能有效控制。 且其藥效持久，故每日僅需服藥一次。
Indications.：
噁心、嘔吐、暈眩。
Dosage and Usage：
成人和大於6歲小孩：為預防或減輕噁心、嘔吐、暈眩等症狀，劑量為每天25mg ～100mg，視反應分次服用。
Side Effects：
倦睡、口乾，偶爾有視覺模糊的情形。
藥物動力學：
Elimination
The t ½ is 6 h.
Onset
Onset is 30 min to 1 h (oral).
Duration
Duration is 4 to 6 h (25 mg) and 12 to 24 h (30 mg).
交互作用：
Alcohol, CNS depressants
Additive CNS effects.
Additive CNS effects.
禁忌：
對Meclizine HC1過敏的病人。
Notes：
使用本品可能發生倦睡，服藥後要避免開車或操作危險機械。
Medication Storage Method：
藥品應置於攝氏 15 ~ 25 度乾燥處所；如發生變質或過期，不可再食用。
