I’ve had to take my children to a few hospitals in the Taichung area and Kuang Tien General Hospital has been by far the best hospital experience I’ve had in Taiwan. I’m so grateful that the coordinator took the time to help me at 1 am in the morning. She helped me through the entire process from start to finish. I had a great experience at Kuang Tien international health services center. Everybody was very cordial and nice; the doctor took as much time as was needed to answer all my questions and we never felt pressured or rushed. Everybody spoke English as well which helped a lot.

I visited your facility a few months ago.I have to say it was a very, very pleasant experience. The Dr. was very good. I really felt as if he knew what he was doing. I had an x-ray looking for possible kidney stones. He did not see any but suggested that I have an ultra-sound also just to make sure.
We went early because we were not sure of the location and had planned to go next door to the Mc Donalds and get a cup of coffee while we waited. Once we got to the correct floor it was so inviting and comfortable we just decided to stay there. The staff was so nice to us. It was a great room with a tv and it was a perfect temperature. We waited there but the Dr. came early so the wait was much shorter. The staff went with me when I went in to see the Dr. They gave me a gown and showed me to the changing room. Really, really clean. It was great. I had to give a urine sample and the bathroom was spotless and even smelled clean. I then had the x-ray and then spoke with the Dr. He wrote me two prescriptions as I was getting low on these, and then suggested the ultra-sound. I agreed with that and then they did the ultra--sound. I had an x-ray, ultra-sound a long visit with the Dr.( he spent at least an hour talking to me , lab work and I got all my results that same day. It was a great experience. I left after paying about $1000 .They sent my prescriptions home with me!!! They filled them and gave them to me. Wow!!! I fell so much better living here knowing that kind of facility is here on the island. I would like to have the staff at my school see a presentation on this facility and I have asked that someone be invited in to do this for us at the beginning of next school year. It would set everyone's mind at ease if they knew this. I will let you know if I get it done. I am so glad I went there. The only problem I could see was that it was a long drive but it was well worth it for me.
