pneumothorax or emphysemas

Kuang Tien’s Thoracic Surgery Department has treated countless patients in
the Central West Coast of Taiwan since its establishment in 1986. The
department is experienced in diagnosing and treating diseases in the
respiratory tract, lungs, pleura, and esophagus. The department continuously

New equipment such as a Video Assisted Thoracoscopy
(VAT) and the Richard Wolf Mediastinoscopy help the team with
diagnosing thoracic tumors and minimally invasive surgeries. The team’s
has had excellent surgical outcomes such as a high survival rate for lung
cancer and high survival rate for esophageal cancer.
